Japanese block print inspired fabric
no size in the label from the empire waist to the bottom is 43 and half inches from the neckline to where the empire waist starts is 11 inches the front center portion is 13 and a half inches and there are 11 inches on either side that wrap around the back there are four panels of the skirt and each one is 36 inches wide
