This is in used for one project, excellent working condition. (Please see pictures)
This DeWalt VSR Stud & Joist drill is dated 2018, has light wear, normal for a project's worth of use.  Clean, includes chuck key! Cosmetic wear shown in pictures.
Does NOT have side handle!
Just an excellent tool!
