Returns will be accepted when entire lot or shipment is returned-
no partial refunds or partial shipments.
Original packaging/labels must be with item; unopened if sealed in shrinkwrap, plastic or in a presentation/plastic/acrylic case when shipped to you.
For insurance purposes, photos must be taken and e-mailed to us if damaged during shipping. No exceptions.
Buyers will receive an invoice within 36 hours or less after the auction or offer acceptance.
If you purchased more than one item and would like combined shipping, please send a request before you pay and if it is possible we will gladly accommodate you.
All payments must be in process or received within 5 days of offer acceptance or end of auction.
If payment is not received within this time frame a Non Paying Buyer Report will be issued.

We ship via the USPS to Continental USA addresses.

Shipping & Handling charges
include the cost of packaging materials, postage, fuel surcharge for postal drop off, and signature confirmation in certain circumstances.

Do you Combine Shipping?
We combine multiple item purchases to a single shipping address to reduce shipping fees whenever possible (exceptions are when item weight is increased or package value is increased and additional insurance must be added).
