Tonight I'm happy to offer, from a recently purchased estate, Vintage Polish - c1920's - 900 Continental Silver - 4.25" Engine Turned Silver Cigarette Case.
126.1 Grams - Excellent Condition! - No Reserve!
This handsome and very impressive case dates from the mid to late 1920's, I believe of Polish origin, fashioned as a 4.25" by 3" by .25" cigarette case featuring an intricate engine turned design on the front and back with a brushed silver interior. The case is solid and heavy with a silver weight of 126.1 grams
The case is in excellent condition showing very little wear, with no repairs or restorations, no rubbing or wear to the design or details and no monograms.
The the case is marked and stamped on the thumb piece with a series of small Eastern European silver marks - the case has been assayed and acid tested and is guaranteed to be 900 Continental silver.
As I usually do I'm offering this item at a LOW opening with NO RESERVE.
