Vintage Lucite Bracelet Expandable Pink Birthday Candles Swirl 1960's Thermoset?

According to others opinion, this is Lucite.  Called Birthday Candles Swirl, from 1960's. I have seen similiar one listed as Thermoset.  I will let you figure it out.  The stretch backing is in great condition and expands and retracts great.
